Organic short-form is how our consumer apps find their first users, and how client campaigns get their reps. You'd own the format research, the hooks, and the pipeline that keeps everything posting.
What you'll do
- Grow our consumer apps organically on TikTok and Reels — accounts, formats, cadence.
- Find formats working right now and adapt them before they saturate.
- Write hooks. A lot of them. The first three seconds are the whole job.
- Manage the pipeline of client UGC campaigns: what gets filmed, by whom, posted when.
- Read the analytics and double down on what actually retains, not what merely spiked.
What we're looking for
- You've grown an account — yours or someone else's — to real numbers. Show us.
- You watch a lot of short-form, deliberately, and can name this month's format trend.
- You write hooks quickly and don't get attached to them.
- Organized enough to run a posting pipeline across many accounts at once.

The deal
First two weeks
$30/hour, paid per task. Real work, not a take-home test — and you keep the money either way.
After that
A full-time salary of $30,000–$60,000 a year, if you're fast and the work is good.
Where
The team is in Lisbon. Remote works if you're genuinely async-excellent.
